Rules and Regulations We don't have lots of rules at Tides. We operate on mutual respect. We respect you as a person. We respect your view of the world, we don't try and force our ideas or morals onto you. If the staff do not treat you with respect they will be asked to leave. In return we expect the same from you. The choice and the responsibility are yours. |

Tides Community One of the nice things about Tides is the fact that we are all in the project together, we are a community, we all contribute to what happens in the unit, we are all there to learn and to add what learning/experience we have. It is just as common to see staff being tutored by young people as the other way round. We all support each other, through the daily and other crisis that we all encounter. Some young people run projects in the kitchen and provide meals for all. Sitting munching and jawing with friends is a great way to spend a lunch time, especially when lots of the experiences can be shared, and especially when the food is great. |
