Updated
Christmas 2007
After
a huge change in the old building our Club was re-opened in 2002 by
Bob Walters MP and is pretty cool now.

Most
of Summer 2007 saw the builders in and they just finished in time for
us to open the doors to 'Platform1' and its session room and recording
studio, new 'Garage' and indoor 'half pipe'. Funding to do all this
came mainly from Liveability; Youth Opportunity and Youth Capital; and
Section 106 funds.
The
Clubs below are all current this year
Clubs
are open on a weekly basis during term time. During the school
holidays events and activities are planned according to what's been
asked for. See Events.

Mondays:
from 7pm 'til about 10.
For
year 11 upwards. (year 10s intake at Easter)
This
is 'drop-in' and based in Platform 1. BONES is not open.
The
half pipe is, along with the session room and recording studio.
There
is a small charge for the use of our kit and we are working out
whgat to charge for the recording studio time.
Come
along to chill or chat with friends or to get information and
advice from friendly experienced youth workers

Tuesdays:
from 7pm 'til about 10.
For
year 9 upwards, with lots of activity
£1
entry (helps us to offset costs!) for signed up Members
£1.50
for guests or people who don't 'do' forms!
Trained
leaders help you to achieve goals you have set
yourself.

Wednesdays:
6.30 - 9pm
For
years 7, 8 and 9 (year 6s intake at Easter)
£1
entry or £1.50 as above.
A
changing programme of activities and visits, planned by the
Members and organised by the youth workers.

Junior
Club
Thursdays:
6.30 - 8.30pm
From
8 years old through year 6, who can go onto Weds in the summer

entry or £1.50 as above.

Fridays
|

Saturdays:
HIPBONES
- a club for young people with physical or learning needs
This
is on every other Saturday - from January 12th 2008.
